I can't stand up for more than 30 seconds without the feeling of needing to vomit and also extreme discomfit in my abs. I'm hoping that this will mostly go away in the next couple days and i will be in pristine condition for the debut show of Tyson and his fabulous backing band on the day after the day after next.
Captain Wonderful has been taken off the back burner and new instrumentals are being written, hopefully
